CAN WE MEET TO DISCUSS MY PROJECT?

If you live in the Dallas area and you prefer to meet in person to discuss your new project, that’s absolutely okay. Please note that my time is very valuable and I charge a non-refundable $50 consultation fee for a 1 hour meeting. If you decide to use my services, this fee will be deducted from your final bill. Just contact me and let me know that you’d like to schedule a meeting.

HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK?

For most design services, I require a 50% non-refundable down payment up front to begin the project. This secures your project in my schedule. The remaining 50% will be due upon completion of the project, or before final delivery of files if we are working on your new brand. Branding Packages have specific payment terms

CAN I HIRE YOU ON A RETAINER?

Yes, I offer Creative Retainer Packages for clients that have an ongoing need for design services. You can find out more details about my Creative Retainer Packages above.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY?

If I decide to cancel your project then your deposit will be refunded back to you at NO CHARGE. If you decide to cancel the project early, then your deposit is non-refundable and I retain all rights to any artwork created.

DO YOU PROVIDE COMP WORK BEFORE HIRE?

Absolutely not! The work that you see featured on my website is your opportunity to get a feel for the type of quality work that I produce. If you hire me, I’ll make sure that you’re satisfied with the finished product.

DO YOU OFFER PRINTING?

Absolutely! If we’re working together on print collateral, I offer affordable, high quality printing services. If you have a printer you'd rather use, I can work with you to make sure the final product is exactly how you want it.
