Yes. Once you’ve completed your initial 12-month service agreement, you own your custom website. If you ever decide to move to another hosting provider, we’ll provide your website files or assist with the migration.
If your subscription is canceled before the initial agreement is complete, ownership remains with K-Designs unless a website buyout fee is paid.
No. You can choose either a one-time website build or a monthly website plan.
The monthly plans are ideal if you’d rather have everything—including hosting, maintenance, updates, and support—managed for you under one predictable monthly payment.
The main differences are the amount of monthly support, the number of pages included, and the additional marketing services.
Absolutely. As your business grows, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan whenever your needs change.
If you use all of your monthly update time, additional work can be completed at my standard hourly rate or by upgrading to a plan that better fits your needs.
Branding and logo design are available as separate services. If you’re starting a new business, we can bundle branding with your website project.
Most projects go live within 2–3 weeks from your strategy call, depending on scope and how quickly we receive your content.
We understand that business needs can change. Our website plans require a 3-month service agreement. After your initial term, your plan automatically continues on a month-to-month basis and may be canceled at any time with 30 days’ written notice.
If you choose to cancel, your hosting and ongoing support will end at the close of your billing period. If you’d like to keep your website, we’ll discuss your available ownership or migration options based on your agreement.
Absolutely! Your website can grow as your business grows. Additional pages can be added at any time for $100 per page. If your website expands beyond the page limit included in your current plan, you can either add pages individually or upgrade to a plan that better fits your needs. If you need advanced functionality or custom features, I’ll provide a separate quote before any work begins.
You’ll provide your text, images, and branding, but I can also assist with content organization, copywriting, and image recommendations if needed.
No problem! I can use your existing domain and migrate your current website, while keeping your branding and content where appropriate.
